Tofu Shirataki Noodles - .1 points!
Not sure if this has been posted before but someone at my meeting gave me a recipe that's EXTREMELY filling. Just threw it in the microwave at work.
Tofu Shirataki Noodles - 1 bag is .1 points
Vegetables - 0 points
Skinny Cow Cheese - 1 point
Arriabata Sauce - 1pt.
Season to taste.

i dont know if they are similar to regular shitaki noodles, but if theyare-- they come out exactly as they went in (if ya know what i mean)

I rinsed them & microwaved them for a few minutes.
Can't wait to try the Fettucine version - although I think they're more points.

thank you for the offer. I will make my way to whole foods. There is an asian supermarket near me that my fh likes to go to, so maybe i will go there. i wonder if trader joe's has them.
