A little early, but can we talk sleighs/sleds?
At first I was looking to get a double - but now I think we're leaning towards a single sled and we each pull one. I think when they're older it would be fun to get a double tube or something, but for now it might be easier with one and one.
What is everyone doing?
(Can you tell I'm really looking forward to the cold weather? )

Thank you. I know, she just stood and started taking steps out of nowhere. But nothing since then, so we'll see!
And & can probably go on a sled by the end of the winter. Don't you think?

has achieved several milestones this week. I joked to DH that at the rate she's going she'll be packing her bags and leaving me for an apt. in Manhattan by the new year I'm just coming to terms with what she's achieved this week. I'm not ready to see them in a sled yet. I keep asking them, "what happened to my mushy tiny babies?"
If I buy a sled, Murphy's Law says, it won't snow

Re: A little early, but can we talk sleighs/sleds?
My parents got us a sled for the kids last Christmas, and it was never used because we got no real snow to use it in! So I am looking forward to using it this winter!
This is the one they got us, and they both fit on it!

That's a really nice sled! I am thinking of getting both like one of the PP said - one for them to share (when it's only me) and one for each of them.
I can't wait to take them!!!!!
