The Secret

I was talking to a cousin of mine about the struggle I've had with weight my whole life, and she mentioned this book she read called the "secret" and how it changed her whole outlook on everything in her life. She told me to buy it on CD (audio version) and that it will change my relationship with food as well as other things in my life. She said one girl from work read it, and started dropping weight without any strict diet. Has anyone ever heard of this book? There's a few of them on the web and I'm not sure which one it is. I would call my cousin but they're having some really bad family issues.
