#2, BUT I am more of a conservative type when it comes to handbags. I would like it better if it did not have the "C's" all over it. JMHO.

You should go and look at them... 1 is easier to hold but niether of them are very comfortable to hold. I loved number 1 and 2 on line and when I went to the store to buy it, neither of them felt comfortable! Sorry JMO!
