for AF to show up early??? wasnt due until the 18th and it showed up today??

I may buy a ovualtion kit..to see when I actually ovulate. The charting looks to complicated...

I am guessing that you are pretty regular. Even the most regular people can have an off cycle here and there. Its normal.

I honestly think that when people start TTC we think about it to the point that we throw off AF. I was pretty regular and when we started TTC, it was early, short, spotting, etc. and the 3rd month it became normal again. Actually...I ovulated very late in my cycle, but it worked! Charting is actually very easy and Redstar would be more than happy to help you. Good luck!

It would happen to me while we were trying. It was either early, late, never on time, which was very unlike me.

Charting seems like it is complicated, but it is very easy. It is just waking up at pretty much the same time every morning and taking your temp and writing it down. I would then later in the day, but it into FF.

I would also use the OPKs. The OPKs tell you when you are going to ovulate, where the charting is confirming if you did indeed ovulate.
