WW Question
Do you use the core plan or the flex plan?
If you are on core, what do you eat for lunch when you go out, besides salad. Thanks!

I'm on core. I love it - I find it really easy.
When I go out I will eat things like
~ a veggie burger (no bun) or Turkey burger
~Eggs
~Oatmeal
~Greek salad (feta on the side)
~non cream soups
~fish
~veggie dishes (esp. at chinese food places with brown sauce on side or just some hot sauce)

core -- though i have to admit that i'm slipping a bit. 
i try to eat core bfast and dinner and my fav lunch is non-core, but about 5 points so i eat that every day just about.

I"ve been on flex. Personally I am scared of core but that's because I can be a bit picky on foods. But I have heard a lot of girls have had great results.
