JHS question..
can i just get the roots redone or do they have to do the whole process again? i am going tomorrow and it's really just my roots.. the rest of my hair is pin straight!

The put the chemical on only the roots and the conditioners and neutralizer on the whole head.
But when they blow it or flat iron it they go through the entire hair shaft...at least they do when I go.
