My dad and step mom live in South Carolina and we were just discussing a trip down there in the early spring. We'll be leaving DS with them and DH and I will be going on a "real" vacation.

We're considering Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head and Savannah. My dad and step mom say Myrtle Beach is very commercialized, but not sure if they say that b/c they live in the "area".

We're going to drive from their house and it's 4 Hrs to Myrtle Beach, 2 to Hilton Head and 2 1/2 to Savannah.

Anyone have any feedback (good/bad) on any?!?!? TIA!!
