i do - i'm in pr. when i left my last job, my old boss asked me on my last day if i'd be interested in doing some writing for them on a freelance basis, which i've been doing since i left 5 months ago.
i'm planning on sending letters to other agencies to see if they're interested in working with me for freelance gigs...i don't know any other way to do it. this is the first time i've done any sort of freelancing.
