NYC...How did you set up your TDA's?
On the site or are there forms to fill out?

I signed up a few years back, but I got the forms from the Union Rep. I think that you can register online, but the beneficiary forms had to be notarized I think. I have the 401K through the city too which I feel gives more options.

I did all the paperwork through the school secretary. Both for trs and tda. but i like that i can change the values online.
