Proactive users
well i ordered it over 2 1/2 weeks ago and since then have gotten coupons...surveys..emails about the profuct but um no frikking product!!!! so i write to their customer service hotline and they inform me it is coming us postal service and could take up to 3 weeks...um what the heck--where r they shipping it from for gods sake. I am so annoyed I just want to try it already. At this rate I could have gone to Roosevelt field and bought it from the booth!

I remember mine taking forever to come.
Then I was allergic.
And they gave me SUCH a hard time about returning it and cancelling my "membership".

Wow, I'm surprised. The 1st shipment is usually sent USPS priority mail and arrives in a week, and I haven't gotten surveys and crap from them. (I've used proactive off and on for a few years, currently off.) And I've never had a problem canceling my membership, either.
I'm sorry you guys had problems with them- i'd get it from a mall kiosk, too, with all that hassle!
