Can someone help me...
I am trying to make cookies for a Halloween party tonight and the recipe calls for white chocolate coating -
I tried melting white chocolate chips but then burned the **** out of them.
I'm thinking I need white chocolate coating but I have no clue what it is! LOL!
Thanks for your help ladies!

Try melting the chocolate over a pot of boiling water although don't let the water touch the bowl you are melting the chocolate in. You may be melting at too high a heat and that is why the chips are burning.

Or try melting the chips in the microwave slowly. At 15 second increments mixing in between.

and keep stirring.. so it doesnt stick to bottom of pot.
I was told also if you add some butter it helps keep it smooth, but first try the other way.
