AF showed
yesterday afternoon and bad. Bad cramps headache and regular flow. Now I have a question. Is yesterday day 1 or is today day 1? I want to start charting and stuff so I can figure out my fertile days better. I know you guys have explained this before but it is all a little foreign to me. Thanks in advance!!

My RE counts the first full day of bleeding before midnight as day 1.
