Re: chicken cordon bleu recipe anyone?
We do it so easy we usually don't follow a recipe.
Pound chicken cutlets flat
Put on some slices of ham, shredded mozz cheese - roll them up
We use the i cant believe its not butter spray - give them a couple of sprays, and then roll them in breadcrumbs.
Put in oven at 350 and check on them after 25ish minutes.

Re: chicken cordon bleu recipe anyone?
me and FH make these all the time, so easy.
pound a few chicken breasts and dip them in egg, then bread crumbs. Lay a piece of ham and a piece of swiss cheese on each one. Roll each cutlet TIGHT, stick tootpicks in the middle if you need to. Then bake on 350 for about 35-40 minutes. We cook hours in a glass pyrex and spray it with a little pam so they don't stick
