What does Worcestershire sauce taste like?

I kno w this sounds silly but what does Worcestershire
sauce taste like? This is in a lot of recipes I have but I am always afraid to use it? TY!

it goes well with beef, and its used a lot of times as a marinade for steaks, or in hamburgers to add a little bit of flavor.
its REALLY hard to describe what it tastes like... you might just have to buy a small jar and taste a little bit of it. its kind of salty, but with a little bit of a "kick". really good though!
