I'm about halfway through it and find it good but not as wonderful as all the reviews suggest. Anyone else read it?

I read it last month with my book club. None of us really liked it. I don't know what the reviewers see in it. I stopped reading it about 30 pages before the end and have no desire to read the rest.

So am I the only one that, despite hating the book, actually read the entire darn thing? 
I should have stopped midway through, once it become obvious that the author forgot to include a plot.
