I have 2--
Cranberry-Walnut Stuffing
Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (In the red bag)
1 Braeburn Apple -- diced and peeled
1 bag dried cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup turkey gravy
-- Prepare stuffing according to the directions on the bag. Next, mix in the gravy, apples, craisins, and walnuts. Put in a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees, covered for 30 minutes. Take off the foil, and bake an additional ten minutes.
Thanksgiving Day Stuffing
Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (red bag)
1 white onion, chopped
1/2 bag baby carrots, choppped
5 stalks of celery, chopped
1 cup turkey gravy
turkey drippings
--Prepare stuffing according to directions on package, set aside. In a skillet, heat EVOO to boiling, add carrots, oniion, and celery and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add to stuffing mixture, along with gravy. Put in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle turkey drippings on top. Bake for 30 minutes, covered. Take off the foil and bake for ten more minutes to crisp the top.
