I know I announce every 2lbs I lose but I am so excited that I am actually sticking to it this time

no
I am just eating breakfast lunch and dinner and a few snacks during the day
now that they make 100 calorie snack packs its easy to snack right
I will eat salad but either my lunch or dinner is a frozen lean cuisine,smart one or healthy choice and the other is either a baked chicken cutlet with veggies or chicken cut up on a salad with dressing
I give my self 1 meal a week (usually saturday night) to eat what I want
If I really get hungry I have sf jello with ff whipped cream...its less than 20 calories
