Not RIU Resorts but two suggestions:
El Dorado Royale and Aventura Spa Palace - both all inclusives on the Mayan Riveria, Mexico - LOVED both of them!

We're going back to Couples in Negril, Jamaica for the third time in a couple weeks. We absolutely love it--we went for our HM and have returned every year since. I went to Mexico for Spring Break during college and had horrible Montezuma's Revenge so I personally have no desire to return to Mexico ever.

Re: Which Riu Resorts would you recommend (or any other all inclusives)
I went to Mexico during spring break and had absolutely no problem avoiding the spring breakers. But then again, my DH and I had no desire to hit the tourist clubs (that are overcrowded and serve expensive-water-downed drinks)
In fact we had no incidence in our hotel (RIU), none at the excursions,, and none at the restaurant in town that we ate at.
