beauty sectrets.... PLEASE SHARE YOURS

for some time, now, i was letting myself "go"
i really did stop caring about myself.
recently, i rediscovered that i'm here and i matter.

since i'm on this new rediscovery, i've realized that i'm very "out of it".

please, help a girl in need. what are your beauty secrets/tips/tricks?

First of all, I make sure I'm keeping up wtih the grooming. Pluck and trim the brows, wax the upper lip, obliterate the zits.

Second of all, I moisturize and clean my skin. I will stand at the sink and wash my face with something gentle for a few minutes. Then no matter the season, I moisturize.

I try to keep my make up simple. Touches of foundation adn concealor, mascara, pop of lip color.

It's more about the canvas than the paint, if you know what I mean.

That being said, I will add baking soda to my face wash as a gentle exfoliant, I'll do a steam vapor and a mask and drink lots of water.


I am no great beauty...but I do try to take care of myself. Makes me feel better.

2 things that make me feel really good... regular pedicures all year round and taking care of my skin.
