JETS Fans - What happened to fireman Eddie?
I was watching the after show on FSNY and they asked Mangini if he missed fireman Eddie. Does anyone know what happened to him?

I thought I remember my husband saying that he had some type of back surgery due to a work injury that was keeping him away from the stadium as he can't sit for that long.

he had knee surgery this year and is out for the season

OMG..........
I actually have the chance to go to the game on the 9th but I just cant see freezing my azz off to watch them lose.

Eddie the fireman is the spirit of the stadium, he really get's everyone going... Now i know why Our jet's are losing.. Because 'HE' is 'NOT' there. I hope he will be ok and wish him a fast recovery from his surgery, and pray he will return next season for the games.
