Anyone start running as an adult?
I used to run in my younger years (14-15) and find it so difficult to get back into it. Any suggestions?

I never was a runner and i just started (but at the gym on the treadmill). I find the BEST motivation is the right set of songs. It just gets you moving!!!

My dad did at the age of 49. He wanted to run the marathon for his 50th. He is a really great runner now.
He started off walking, then running and walking. He doesn't always run, somedays are just long walks if his knees seem stress. I think that's how he avoids injury.
