Did anyone ever switch Ob's during PG?
I need to for several reasons. Has anyone ever done this?
Did the switch go okay?

It is okay to switch. I wish I had. Go with your gut and make the change. You are allowed.

A friend of mine did and was so thankful she did. The switch went fine and she found someone who took her seriously and spent time with her.

I swtiched very early on. I had an OB in the city that I went to see around 6 weeks. I switched to an OB on LI at 8 weeks. It was fine. They transferred all my records for me.

I did the first time I changed because my insurance changed, then I went to a new doctor at 8 Weeks and did not like the doctor at all
now I am very happy at my doctor and had no problems

I should have with my first.. but lost the gall... The second time around I switched and I LOVE my new ob... HTH.. Trust your gut!

Thank you all so much. I am calling a new OB tomorrow.
I was admitted to the hospital all last week and I seriously think it could have been avoided if they would have listened to me.
I am so happy to leave them.

My sister in law switched docs later in her pregnancy with no problems and this practice delivered my son Jacob.
We both have no complaints and love the practice!!!

I switched the minute I found out I was pregnant because I wasn't confident with my old one. If you're not comfortable, switch.
