Medicine ball - how many pounds?
For those who use medicine balls in their workouts, what weight do you use? I have a fair amount of upper body strength, so I was thinking that something in the 8-12lb range would be okay. I'm primarily going to use it for passing/tossing exercises. Thanks!

I use 10-12...it varies with the particular exercise.
