So far they see 13 follies
and I'm on day 4 of stims. Does anyone know if there will be many more follies that will develop or can I expect to retrieve about that #.

Its hard to judge this early. Sometimes there are more hiding, sometimes some disappear, or there is not an egg in the follicle.
As you get closer to retrieval you should get a better idea.
How are you feeling so far?

So far I'm feeling fine. Starting to feel a little bloated though. Do you start to feel uncomfortable towards the end of stims?

My friend who had IVF last month saw about that amount on day 4 and ended up with 22 follies at retrival so yes you could for sure have more!
