Does anyone know about adopting from Colombia?

Has anyone looked into adopting from Colombia/or done so. Dh and I were discussing the possibility of looking into it.

Dh's Mother is from there, and has a sister who is a judge. She talked once about her sister doing adoptions.

I don't want to ask MIL yet, because it is still just a discussion for us.
