In case anyone is curious, I finally tried the shake that Jackie Warner gave her "boot camp" participants on Workout. According to the show, it's a meal replacement for breakfast.

Here's the recipe from the show:
2 cups organic mixed berries (frozen)
1 scoop mega green powder
1tbls liquid amino acids
1tbls Flaxseed oil with omega 3's
1 serving - Whey protein powder (low carb, low glycemic)
Add ice and blend

I actually found that with the frozen berries, you don't need the ice. But I do think you need to add some water - it's a lot of dry ingredients and I was also concerned about my blender motor burning out. I added about 6-8 oz of water. It turned out to be okay tasting. It's sort of like a smoothie but not as sweet.
