Booze!
Cocoa! And booze to add to cocoa.
If there's a fireplace, s'mores fixings and skewers for roasting.
Since it's your first time skiing, I'd bring some Advil or something in case your muscles feel sore.
Maybe some games or movies for fun at night.

Sunglasses or goggles...the glare from the snow gets bad.
Definitely something to keep over your ears...earmuffs (flat ones or one of those bands)
Snow boots
Stuff for chapped lips
Also you'll probably be wanting to make BIG breakfasts b/c skiing gives you an appetite...break out the sausage, eggs, etc.
Also your timeshare may have a hot tub...bring a bathing suit!

Re: what to bring for a ski weekend
a timeshare room would definitely have a washer and dryer, right?
