Just a tip - squeeky wheel gets the oil :)

Last week my crib FINALLY came and the second it was taken out of the box the guys realized that it was severely damaged and needed to be taken back. I of course was upset b/c I was so excited to finish up the baby's room.

I called Behr's and they told me that b/c they didn't have it in stock it would take 6-10 weeks for a replacement and even with a rush order they couldn't guarantee anything.

Soooooo, I got online and sent a note to the manufacterer explaining the situation and that this was my second crib from their company and if there was anything they could do to speed delivery along I would greatly appreciate it.

Wellllllllllll - heard back from them today and they said to call Behr's and schedule a delivery b/c they would have my crib next week!!!!! They totally pulled through for me.

So just a word of advice - if you don't like the answer you get from the store go to the manufacterer - I got GREAT results this way and now my son will only be in the portacrib for a few days instead of a few weeks.

Good for you! Its true. Sometimes you have to say something and people WILL FOLLOW THROUGH for you!
