I found chilean pisco on an online wineshop here
If you're on the northshore of suffolk, I highly recommend going to DeMa liquors on 25A in setauket (in the same series of strip malls as wild by nature)
The owner (an older Asian gentleman, usually by the front register) is an absolute genius / connoisseur of liquors and wines. He almost certainly has it, and would be able to tell you even which is best.......

Thank you! I had only found Peruvian when I searched. it's for my boss, and his wife is Chilean, so Peruvian Pisco was NOT going to cut it.
BTW if you haven't had Pisco I highly reccomend it. it's unlike anything else and soooo good.

Interesting. I thought pisco was only made in Peru, like from the Pisco region. I didn't realize Chile made it too.
I drank a few too many pisco sours on a recent trip to Peru. Man, that stuff is potent!

mmm pisco sours..mmmm
There's actually a big debate about where it originated. Do NOT tell a Chilean it's from Peru..that's all I can say.
