No, but I was thinking of it. I'm tired of going to weight watchers.

Alright. Not that it's been that long, but I really like it so far. Basically they give you a meal plan for the week and a printable grocery list. You can exclude certain types of food (say if you don't eat meat or fish or eggs) and you can make substitutions if you don't have certain types of food or just plain don't like the option they gave you. If you plan on going out to dinner that night, you can even select the restaurant and see what the healthier options for you are.
They also give you a fitness regiment and base it off of your current activity levels (whether you're used to sitting around all day or you're already a fairly active person). I opted for alternating between cardio and strength-training. Cardio you're on your own (I use DVDs), but for the strength training, they actually give you a workout list for the day and virtual character that shows you how to do each move. They also base the workout on what equipment you currently have in the home. Whether you have a couple things or none whatsoever. I have hand weights and ankle weights, so a lot of my exercises use those. You also choose specific areas that you'd like to work on and they give extra exercises for those areas. I chose my butt and thighs and let me tell you, they're aching Chat Icon.
You check in weekly to see how you're doing and they have chat forums and live help if you're confused about something or just want to talk to people that are going through it too. I haven't checked in yet (started on Monday), but I'm already down 3lbs. I'm actually impressed, because I wasn't expecting to lose that much. You just have to stick to your meal plans and be serious about working out. I think that's the idea of the majority of diets out there Chat Icon, but I'm enjoying this and it's only $15/mth. Can't beat that.

ETA: I honestly felt like crap the first few days of eating healthy. I think my body was in a state of shock; no caffeine (no coffee, no soda), no junk food. By day four, I started feeling great and felt like I had so much more energy. It's REALLY hard at first, but just stick with it.
