Any Mommies-how do you do it?
I have 3 kids. 4, 2, and 8 months. I can't find time to workout. I need SERIOUS help. I'm so disgusted with myself right now. I was a college athlete and now I can't stand the fact that I get tired playing with my kids! Help!! Any advice? We have no room to buy a machine for the house. Any good DVDs out there? I'm going back to WW on Saturday but I know I'll lose a lot more if I work out!

Can you use a daycare at a gym? That's what I do. It was hard at first but she really likes it once she got used to it.

Sorry, I should have added that I work FT as a teacher. I spoke with my DH tinight about some type of plan for me. He works 2 nights at Night School and on those days he goes to the gym inbetween teachng. The other ays he goes before work.
That's why I figure for now I'd have to use aq tape in the house. By doing that I could probably entertain my 4 and 2 yr and have them dance or something.

I didn't excercise, I only did WWers. By reducing my portion sizes & sticking to my daily points, I was successful.
During the summer, I started walking at night. That was a huge help. I felt better physically & was in much better shape.
Now that winter is here, I haven't walked but we just got an elliptical machine, so I'm hoping that will help.
