Making Quiche Early?
Could I prepare the quiche early & then refrigerate it for a day & just heat to serve?
Also if I'm doing w/ a frozen pie crust, do I prepare the pie crust (bake it b4) or just bake it w/ all the ingredients, etc.?
Stupid q's...I know

I dont know that I would make a quiche ahead of time.
I made a quiche the other day with a frozen pie crust and you do not need to defrost it or pre-cook it. Fill it with the ingredients and put it in the oven as the recipe calls for.

I agree. I would just make it that morning. It shouldn't take that long.
I did make one on Christmas and DH had the left over the next day and he said it was fine, so you can re-heat and eat in a pinch.

Re: Making Quiche Early?
My sister makes them early in the day for an evening party and they are always fine. She just reheats them in the oven. Also a little secret for you is I have found that shoprites premade pie crust is way better and cheaper than the name brand. They seem to be more like home made to me anyway.
