OK ladies - the resolution starts NOW!!!
I am bringing weight training BACK!
I got the cardio thing down, but if I'm gonna shape up this post baby flab, theres only one way to do this...
I am going to Florida in February, and I resolve to lose the muffin top and arm flab!
Who is with me?

My wedding is in 5 and a half months, I'm wearing a strapless gown, and my upper arms and back are actually mushy for the first time in years. Ugh. I'm with you!

I'm starting tomorrow (anyone see failure on the horizon w/ that statement???). There is no way I can keep to any healthy lifestyle w/ an oreo cake in my fridge. I need to have one slice, then bring on WW and the gym!!!
I have a goal that I want to look smokin' by the day of my friend's wedding in April.

I am 3 months postpartum today and still about 40lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight   i have NEVER been this weight in my life and SOOO depressed about it! Have started walking on the treadmill as often as i can but we need a new one but i'm motivated

I started WW online yesterday!!!
I'm totally motivated right now, but let's hope I can stay with this until ALL this extra baby weight is GONE!!
