Clock is ticking...
with each tick is impending doom...
Reason being, I STILL haven't started planning. I'm totally avoiding it in the worst way.
And yeah, I don't wanna wake up tomorrow- even if I have the week planned, if I'm not comfortable with the lessons and don't spend time looking them over, tomorrow will s..ck.
I hate being a second year teacher! Why do I feel like 1st year was easier?!?! I wish I knew ALL of my lessons before I did them! I do have an advantage though- I don't get it right the first time, I have at least 3 or 4 more tries to get it right. Ah, the benefits of being a specialist.
Sorry for so much venting today!!! I'm just a mess!!

OMG, Tara... I hear you! i am sitting here on LIF, checking my e-mail, uploading pictures, doing everything but what i need to do!!

I'm looking forward to seeing my co-workers
and chances are I'll need to take off Friday to close on our house...so a 2 day week wont be so bad
I did my lesson plans prior to vacay so i knew I could just kick back
However my huge pile of tests to be graded are still untouched... will work on them during my prep and before a late night meeting I have on Thurs.

I have mostly finished lesson planning - I think I have math planned... I hope since all of my files are on my school hard drive which I can't access from home.
Should just have some copies to make tomorrow.
Just half grading while I play on LIF.

I dont expect to get anything accomplished tomorrow. I think from here until the ELAs, Ill be doing prep anyway. i have to prep for 4 grade levels at once - I need to be an octopus.
