Ummm...i HOPE this is not an indication of what 2008 will be like!!
I am hungover and STILL i got my azz up to go to the gym for DAY ONE of my "lose 5 lbs" goal and guess what...they were closed!!!

good for you ! DH actually went for a nice long walk today...hopefully we can continue this trend until I lose the 20 pounds I need to !

seriously, the fact that you even went, makes you my hero!
My treadmill is right downstairs in my basement and I haven't once lifted my butt off the couch to do anything no less run/walk on it!
