Do you have any unusual fears about being pregnant?
For example, I always think if I curl up on the couch, I'm smooshing the baby.

i feel the same way, that if i'm slouching over the computer desk or sittng indian sytle and leaning forward that i am squishing the baby!!

I feel the same way - I make it a point even to sleep only on my left side I am scared of huting the baby if I dont

shari: sleeping on your left side is to benefit your circulation for you and the baby....not to avoid hurting it.
I find if I'm slouching over or bending over, she'll kick me to know it's a little cramped in there!

Yes, I know that I guess I worded it wrong. But I do think if I stretch too much or bend to much I will "break" the babies bones or something. Of course I know thats not true

Ok, another one of my weird fears is that if I take a really hot shower (which is what I love), I will somehow cook the baby. I am telling you, I have all these whacky fears.

Jenny McCarthy wrote a book called belly Laughs and it is such a quick read but she goes over some fears.. It is such a good book...
