OMG !!!

So - now that I am actually being GOOD on WW and writing down everything I put in my mouth and thinking about it before I eat it -

There is ALWAYS food in my office - which as I rule, I have ALWAYS stayed away from - Out of curiosity, I looked on the Dunkin Donuts website to see how many Pts the munchinks are -

4 chocolate munchkins = 7 pts !!!
300 calories, 15 g fat and 2 g fiber .......

I mean, ok- I KNOW they're not good for you, but when you start thinking about food in terms of how it fits in to what you're "allowed" for the day pts. wise - HOLY CR*P! - I don't think I'll ever eat another Munchkin again !! -

Most of their donuts are 7+ points, if I must have something, I have the french cruller for 4 pts
