Pilates really works I swear!!!
Bye Bye baby muffin top!
I started a new gym and have been taking a pilates class twice a week for two weeks. It is the hardest class but OMG I swear I am leaner and seeing results already.
I use the circle thing, it is amazing. I used to take a class without the circle and it wasn't nearly as effective.

PIlates does work! I did it after Jack was born and it worked great. I felt better and looked better.

I did Pilates abouit 6 weeks before my wedding and hads my dress taken in twice! I did the reformer(a machine with intense springs. If you have the opportunity to try reformer you should! It is amazing

I did my pilates class today and it kicked my a$$!! We were using the ball today. I love it though. I've done private lessons on the reformer, but I'm not crazy about it. The sound of the springs freaks me out for some reason

I love pilates (I think it works better than yoga but that is just me).
I wish my gym offered classes at a time I could actually make it.
I think I may ask my trainer to start doing some core stuff with me instead of crunches and stuff on the machines.
3 years and I still have muffin top - it needs to go away

Congrats!!!! I've taken a few before and I swear any workout that touches my core area of the body kills me!! It does work though!!!
I had an older woman as an instructor and I swear she was related to Gumby with the way she was moving at 55 years old!
