GOOD fast food meal!!!!

i work with dietitians.... yes, why am i not a size 0?? i don't know...lol

oh well... i was talking to one on friday about a quick good mean.

here is what she told me:

WENDY'S
small chilli (no cheese)
plain baked potato
small milk

she said it was a good meal for less than 500 calories. and it's VERY filling

just thought i'd pass it on
