Carbohydrates?
How many grams is too many if you want to lose a few pounds? I eat "good carbs" mainly like fruit, veg and whole grain bread etc.

Its probably a matter of opinion, but i think ideally carbs should make up about 40% of your intake (of course limiting bad carbs)...so for example if your on a 1500 calorie a day diet it should make up 600 of those calories, which is 150g of carbs (each carb is 4 calories)
