Please don't be disappointed with a 1/2 pound. That could be an extra glass of water or a little retention due to a little too much sodium.
Feel confident that you are eating healthy and in turn are doing a great thing for your body. The lbs will come off...I promise.
My weight fluctuates up and down 3lbs daily...so I stopped weighing mself and I judge how I am doing based on how my clothes feel. The inches are what really matter anyway...not the number on the scale.
Good luck...you are doing great.

Thanks! I know I shouldn't be discouraged (and really I'm not) - I was just expecting a loss not a gain (even if it was small). Oh well!
