Dh says he does not like pork chops but the only way he's ever had them has been grilled.
So, i want to reintroduce him to the chops
Which one is more delicious?
Parmesean Crusted pork chops or Maple Glazed pork chops
i haven't ever tried either recipe

i'm not sure what parm crusted is but it sounds like it would be what i make
i buy the very thick ones bone in.. and i dip in egg and then into bread crumbs with seasoning and about 1 cup of parm cheese. i fry it on all sides for about 1 minute just to brown then i bake for 30 minutes at 425. i even put 2 slabs of butter on top before i bake for an extra fattening yummy taste!!!! is that the same as the parm crusted recipe??? if so, i would go with that one! soooo good

you should definitely try the maple- by no means am i any good in the kitchen, but i use rachael ray's maple-mustard pork chop recipe, and ive gotten lots of compliments
note- when i baste the chops with the sauce she recommends, i stab the pork chop a few times so that it can get soaked in...
