okay i just went to targets n brought billy blanks complete bootcamp dvds with the bands.........have you guys done it b4 how soon can i c results?

He gives a good workout. I was so sore after the first time I did it. But it really gets you moving.

OMG....He is so amazing...I used the boot camp DVDs for six months and was in the best shape of my life...Stick to it, you will see results

you have to stick with it. do it at least three times a week and you'll see results after a month or so.
