Has anyone every used this airline,I am going to Italy in June with my 23 month old son to visit my family. Just wondering if anyone has ever used Eurofly. If so what was your experience like.

TIA

Re: Eurofly ????

I have never used it, but my DH has used it frequently for travel within Italy. He said it's fine...it's inexpensive but does the job....

I have flown Ryan Air and Easyjet, other cheaper options for flights within Europe. As long as you pack light (they charge if you're over) they're fine...

Re: Eurofly ????

I've been doing a lot of research, as DH and I are going to Italy in June, also. Eurofly has much lower rates than Alitalia, British Airways, and is also one of the only airlines that flies direct from NY. Their rates are MUCH cheaper. After some further probing; however, many of the reviews they've received from customers made me wary of using this airline on the way to Italy. Most of the complaints ranged from "the food s*cks" to "the flight attendents were rude". (Neither of these things really bother me). What waved the red flag was that there seemed to be a consistent # of people who were delayed for hours and given no explanation. (see trip advisor). We found another airline (Aer Lingus) an Irish owned airline whose prices were lower and whose customer reviews seemed much higher. They leave from JFK, and make a stop over in Dublin. (Check them out!) On the way home, we'll be flying Eurofly because they have a direct flight from Naples, and that's where we'll be leaving from.

I don't know about this airline in particular, but you need to be careful about the discount airlines that the airports they fly into aren't the MAIN airports that are closest to the big cities....they are often airports in smaller cities farther away.

Flew them 2 years ago nonstop to Naples, and a lot of what this poster said is true...RE: food, attitude, delays.

However, it would not deter me from using them again based on cost, and convenience.
