I am going to name 3 ingredients and a kitchen utensil...
1. Boneless Shoulder of Lamb
2. Red Lentils
3. Can of tomatoes
A brand new 6.5 liter crock pot.
So what should I cook???

lamb stew....you can cut the lamb up and throw it in the crockpot with the can of tomatoes and the beans, and then maybe some potatoes....add some wine, salt and pepper....and serve with crusty bread...
make a lamb pot roast...
flour/salt/pepper the lamb, then sear it on all sides in either butter or bacon fat.
Place into crockpot and add can of tomatoes....let it cook for a long time....serve the red lentils as a side dish/......
