Stairmaster question
For the climbers that are two pedals and you push up and down, is it more effective to try to keep yourself as high as possible (so do tiny steps and don't move your legs that far downward), or try to be just a little off the ground (so do huge steps where you almost hit the ground but stop short)?
I never really knew how to do it to get the best workout and I'd like to do it today at the gym.

Re: Stairmaster question
I used to run on it on low resistance - So I didn't take the pedals all the way up and down .........BUT, my body tends to get bulky when I use too much resistance -
