Pot Roast 4 lbs Bottom Round 1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup 1 Bay Leaf (optional) 1 Garlic Clove minced (optional)
High for 4 hrs. When you take the meat out, add 2 tbsp of corn starch or flower to the liquid to make a sauce. I serve it with buttered egg noodles or you can put the sauce on top. YUM!!!

Re: slow cooker meals
i do pot roast in mine... just get a pot roast, cut up an onion, a bag of baby carrots, some potatoes... put in about a cup of beef broth and a lttle bit of water, too. i also usually add some garlic for extra flavor.... let it cook all day and it comes out great! and everythings all in one pot- the meat AND the sides

Re: slow cooker meals
I sort of just wing this one, but I put flank steak in the slow cooker, cover with water (sometimes I use beef broth), add fajita spices, and cook (for however long, can't remember).
Then I take the meat out, shred it, and make enchiladas or soft tacos with it.
