Puerto Rico
Hi all,
I am planning a trip to Puerto Rico. My DH and I love fun trips and I heard there's a lot of great nightlife on the island. Can anyone recommend a nice hotel? We want a nice clean room with a nice poolside area.

We loved El Conquistador...however it is about 45 minutes from the nightlife

El San Juan. Great nightlife!! Shaquille O'Neill was there one night when we stayed there!! It must be good!!

I was there in Oct and stayed @ the Ritz and LOVED it!!! I would highly recommend staying there.
We went to the El San Juan at night and that was nice too.

I also stayed in the Ritz, and while it was beautiful, I wouldn't stay their again. Food and drinks where really expensive, and it was a very older crowd at night. Other then that, it was good.
We visited the Old San Juan hotel, and we really liked it. There was more going on, and it had a better casino. Plus, a few little restaurants and shops. All the Ritz had was Tiffany and CO. and other expensive shops.

the ritz was great! i hear the intercontinental resort is beautiful also. at night we also went to san juan and had a great time there
