cut up Velveeta into chunks put into a bowl that can go into the microwave, pour over a jar of salsa. Heat mixture until the cheese is melted.
Serve with chips

cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheddar
-spread a thin layer of cream cheese to the bottom of a small baking pan
-cover with salsa
-cover salsa with shredded cheddar
bake at 350 covered for 10 mins, then remove cover and bake for another 5.
do not mix it! its yummier left layered. serve with chips!

I do this with creamcheese on the bottom, hormel no bean chili in the middle and shredded cheese on the top in a 8 x 8 pan....then I put it in the microwave for 10 minutes

that is what I do too I was debating on that or an all cheese version for tomorrow.
